Rhythm - N - Motion (rNm), directed by Brent and
Amanda Herron, is the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 ACHF National Champion Clogging
Team. The team's home is Cookeville, TN, but rNm consists of dancers from
over 20 Middle Tennessee cities and 3 states that showcase modern clogging while
preserving clogging’s traditional heritage. The National Champions have won
numerous competitions throughout the southeastern United States, have made
multiple appearances on the Grand Ole Opry, and perform at various
charitable events throughout the region.
